Picking And Dropping

Vehicles are picked upon fully signing the car hire contract from our office at Ojijo Plaza, Suite B6, Plums Lane, Off Ojijo Road Parklands and dropped the same location on a 24 hours basis termed herein as one day.

Insurance

All our vehicles are insured but in all cases, the hirer is responsible for repairs arising from damage to the vehicle dues to careless driving or careless handling of the vehicle. The vehicle should be return the same way it was received.

Theft Protection Insurance: [ TPW ]

The Hirer's liability for theft of the vehicle is automatically covered subject to the terms and conditions of the car hire contract

Collision Damage Waiver: [CDW ]

The Hirer's liability for damage to the vehicle is automatically covered subject to the terms and conditions of the car hire contract. Damage to tyres, windscreen and underneath of the vehicle is not covered.

Excess Liability Waiver: [ ELW ]

Excess waiver is available for certain vehicles. This insurance cover protects the hirer/driver of having to pay any excess fees brought about by damage and /or loss to the vehicle.

Excess Deposit:

This is a fully refundable deposit which covers any damage to the hired vehicle during the period of hire. The hirer will be refunded the full excess deposit in cash upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as collected at the commencement of the hire.

Payments

Full payment of the period of hire and for the estimated distance is to be made when taking over the car. Windscreens, broken glasses / lenses, loss of tires and tools are responsibility of the hirer.

Payments can be made by: Wire transfer, Bank Deposits, Cash payment

Chauffeur Driven

Applicable during working hours (0700 - 1800 hours). Drivers overtime charges after 1800 hours are US$ 5 per hour.

Driver's License

The hirer and/or authorized driver must have held a full and valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years up to and including the time of hire and that license must bear no current endorsements during the last two years.
A driving license from the country of residence or an International Driver's Permit is generally acceptable, provided valid as above

Driver

The hirer and/or authorized driver must be over 23 years of age and under 70 years of age. The hirer and/or authorized driver must also be in possession of a proper means of identification other than a driver's license like personal utility bill, National Identification card.

Hire Logistics

1. Cost is on un limited mileage
2. Price is inclusive of all government taxes and insurance
3. Price is exclusive of fuel and entrance fee
